Capacity building of Kosovo Cadastre Agency

Facilitating Restart of KPA Commission Work. (Background: The Kosovo Property Claims Commission (KPCC) has decided that the Kosovo Property Agency (KPA) must verify the boundaries of claimed property against the official property map of the Kosovo Cadastre Agency (KCA). Until this is done the KPCC will not accept verification reports from the KPA. The aim of the project is to improve the KPA surveying and data handling capabilities to verify boundaries of claimed property against the official property map of KCA. Improved surveying and data handling capabilities will enable KPA to provide KPCC with verification reports on claimed property which in turn will enable KPCC to resume its work.)
