In Colombia, indigenous populations are frequently impacted by armed conflict and forced dispossession from their lands. This project sought to mitigate inter-ethnic conflicts by strengthening community governance structures, mediating disputes, clarifying land tenure rights and promoting sustainable natural resource management.
