Second Lagos State Development Policy Operations

The project supports Lagos State's for reforms in budgetary planning, budgetary execution, and improving the business climate in the areas of lands and building permits. It will reduce the cost and time for obtaining land titles by supporting the introduction of an electronic system that will issue Certificates of Occupancy, and streamline the processes for receiving land titles and regularizing illegal settlements.
