The Stability Peace & Reconciliation in Northern Uganda (SPRING) project seeks to address the underlying causes of the LRA conflict in northern Uganda and to support the transition from relief to development through short-term, small-scale pilot projects. Projects include provision of legal services to protect land tenure, and training of local courts on land registration and land rights.
