Article 23 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Citizens shall be granted free access to waterbody of common use and its coastal strip”.

This Act contains special provisions regarding the rights of neighbouring real estate proprietors. Real servitude and the right of use are provided for as well. For all the issues related to the use of real estates and not covered by this Act, the provisions of the Civil Code shall be applied.

This Law, consisting of 32 articles, creates the State Council for Indigenous People and Traditional Communities (CPICT/PR) within the State of Paraná. It establishes competencies, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Council, entitled to: enable the participation in discussions, proposals, design and assistance in implementation and control of public policies related to the sustainable development of indigenous people and traditional communities who are self-defining or self-attribute themselves, according to Convention No. 169 of the International Organization of Labour.

This Regulation sets out the rules and procedures of the management and administration of natural protected areas and natural heritage sites falling under the authority of the state. The Regulation also covers rules and procedures of appropriation of such areas as well as managing the rules of selling, exchange and renting.

Le présent décret détermine les modalités d'application de l'ordonnance n° 2013-481 du 2 juillet 2013 fixant les règles d'acquisition de propriété des terrains urbains. La pleine propriété des terrains urbains du domaine de l'Etat est conférée uniquement par un arrêté de concession définitive. L'arrêté de concession définitive est obligatoirement publié au Livre foncier. Pour toute parcelle urbaine située en dehors de lotissements approuvés, seul le ministre chargé de la Construction et de l'Urbanisme prend l'arrêté de concession définitive sur toute l’étendue du territoire.

A Regulation to prohibit certain activities on crown property and to provide for the control of movement of animals on such property.

The present Ordinance enforces the Geo-Data Access Act. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the providing of spatial data, spatial data and metadata services on behalf of spatial data holding agencies. Article 2 established that that such data may be: 1) reproduced, printed, presented, changed, edited and shared with third parties; 2) linked to own data as to become a new and independent data; 3) integrated in non public electronic networks. The present Ordinance implements the Ordinance of 21 May 2012 on spatial information. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the catalogue of basic geo-data under federal legislation with competences of Canton and municipalities; the catalogue of basic geo-data under cantonal legislation; the catalogue of other geo-data according to article 12 of the afore-mentioned Ordinance. In particular, the Regulations lay down comprehensive provisions relating to the lease, purchase and sale of agricultural land. The present Ordinance lays down detailed provisions with the purpose of implementing the Cantonal Spatial Information Law of 24 October 2010. In particular, the Ordinance applies to spatial base data of cantonal law.
