La presente Ley tiene por objeto organizar y regir la función catastral en el Estado de Coahuila de Zaragoza, así como establecer las bases para el control y valoración de la propiedad inmobiliaria. En especial se regulan la forma, los términos y procedimientos para los actos y resoluciones en materia de catastro.
This Decree is composed of 3 Parts divided into 12 articles and 3 Annexes. In particular, the Law rules on: land and territorial planning, land classification, and registration procedures. Moreover, the Law indicates the competent authorities and their related functions.
This Law provides for objects liable or not liable to non-agricultural land use tax.Tax liable objects include residential land in rural and urban areas, non-agriculture production and business land, and non-agricultural land used for commercial purposes.
