This Regional Law regulates relations originating the sphere of conservation, management, promotion and state protection of the objects of cultural heritage of the regional and local significance. Objects of cultural heritage shall be considered elements of land-use planning, landscape, gardens, parks and urban forests.

This Order establishes that calculation of land area in condominiums and the establishment of boundaries thereof shall be carried out for the purpose of land use planning, establishment of land shares in common property, efficient use of urban land , taxation and state registration of immovable property.

This Regional Law establishes that price of purchase of land plots located within the boundaries of regional urban areas destined for agricultural production, without edifices or constructions thereon previously allotted to agricultural organization or to peasant farm on condition of permanent (open-ended) tenancy or on condition of life-long hereditary possession shall be set at fifteen percen
This Regional Law regulates classification of land by categories and transfer of land from one category to another. Transfer of land to and from the category of urban land shall entail mandatory modification of the boundaries of inhabited areas.
This Code grants every citizen the right to a favourable environment ensured by sound land use planning through: (a) state regulation of land use planning activities; (b) planning of urban land; (c) compensation for damages resulting from violation of land use planning legislation; and (d) liability.
These provisions supplement article 51 of Law No. 8405 of 1998 with regard to the fees that must be paid in respect of certain projects to obtain construction permits.
