This Decree establishes the modalities of calculation and payment of compensation to former owners of land and their legitimate heirs for land transferred in ownership to cities. The total amount of compensation shall be established by district (urban) bodies of State Land Service and it shall be submitted for approval to the respective urban land commission.
This Decree, consisting of 4 Chapters and 2 Annexes, regulates the Institute for Land and Agricultural Reform (ITERAL) under the State Secretariat for Agriculture, Supply and Fisheries (SEAP).
This decree amends articles 1, 2,3 and 7 of Decree No. 8803 of 2002 amended by decree No. 16456 of 2006 as the following: (a) replacement of the Map I attached to Decree No.
"The maximum number of individual lots to be granted as property should be fixed on the extent of cultivable land of a given collective farm that is subject to distribution (irrigated arable land, arable land without irrigation, vineyards, orchards)." (one article)
The 7 articles regulate the National Land Cadastre. It is maintained and systematic surveys on the status of the land are conducted by the State Institute for Design "Armgiprozem" for the timely exposure, assessment, prevention and abolition of the effects of any negative phenomena (art.2,3).
This Regional Decree establishes the modalities of performance of municipal land control by local government. Municipal land control shall be conducted in the form of ordinary and extraordinary inspections of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs. The subject of inspection shall be checking data and information contained in the documentation related to land tenure.
