The purpose of this Decree is to improve control over land protection and conservation. The aforesaid control shall be carried out either by state land inspectors or by social land inspectors. The latter shall be volunteers selected from the personnel of local self-government, state institutions and organizations aware of land legislation.
Item 14.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Information in the general list and updated list of cadastre value of immovable property shall be classified in accordance with cadastre number, type of immovable property or payer of tax on immovable property with the consideration of the request of local government”.
This Decree establishes the modalities of conclusion of contract for lease of public land and land local government. It contains the modalities of calculation of lease rent, lays down essential provisions inserted in lease contract and model form of lease contract.
The Resolution consists of 66 articles and is divided into 5 Chapters: General stipulations (1); Citizens' land (2); Land belonging to the State, the Municipalities, the Cooperatives and Other juridical persons (3); Distribution of property of farming cooperatives and other organizations established on that basis (4); landownership Authorities (5); Financing (6).

This Decree regulates Law No. 6.225 establishing the obligation of drawing up regional environmental plans in order to avoid or prevent soil erosion. It consists of 14 articles defining lands to be protected (specifying environmental requirements to be satisfied) according to the Ministry of Agriculture. Land authorized activity is specified in the text.
This Decree establishes the annual fees to be paid for land use by the beneficiaries of the authorization for land exploitation. It consists of 7 articles specifying the fees to be paid according to the different size and land use (livestock, wildlife repopulation, or permanent crops).
This Decree establishes the modalities of supervision over compliance with essential requirements set for cleaning agents and competent state body exercising regulatory functions in this sphere. State Sanitary Inspection shall be competent state body performing supervision over the market of cleaning agents.
According to provisions of this Decree users of arable land shall be responsible to prepare a plan for the use of fertilizing substances for the upcoming planting season in each year or a plan for a longer term in the case of use of animal manure or extensive cultivation. Such plan shall contain various indications on the required use of fertilizers.
