L’appellation "Centre national de télédétection" prévue par la loi n° 88-83 du 11 juillet 1988 portant création du centre national de télédétection est remplacée par l’appellation "centre national de la cartographie et de la télédétection".

Le présent décret détermine le cadre organique (structures et effectifs) de l’Inspection des Domaines et des Affaires Foncières.

This Ordinance of the Legislature of Mauritius concerns the award of lease of the right to shoot and go in pursuit of game and to fish, hunt or fowl on Crown Lands. The Ordinance sets out procedural requirements for such award by the Minister, which may be done through public auction.

This Act amends the Property Transfer Tax Act in section 3, 4 and 6. In section 3 a minor amendment is made concerning delegation of functions and powers of Commissioner. The amendment of section 4 concerns the rate of tax in respect of a mining right or an interest in the mining right in and respect of land.

These Regulations amend the Land (Duties and Taxes) Act in the Eight Schedule made under section 45A (3). This provision prescribes that a deed of transfer referred to in the Eighth Schedule shall be exempt from duty or taxes leviable under the appropriate Part or Parts specified in that Schedule.

This Presidential Resolution destines the land located in the zone of Ras Sidr –South Sinai Province with area of 9 acres (feddan) and 2 carats indicated and illustrated as in the map annexed to this Resolution in favour of the Desert Research Centre of the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation.

This Act provides for — (a) an enabling environment for the development of all aspects of special economic zones including development of integrated infrastructure facilities; (b) the regulation and administration of activities within the special economic zones with due regard to the principles of openness, competitiveness and transparency.
