This Act makes provision with respect to distress for the recovery of any rent or rent service in arrear and due upon a grant, lease, demise or contract. This Act shall apply also to lease of any land used for agricultural or pastoral purposes.
In a single article, these Regulations provide that no Land Control Board shall consent to divisions and subdivisions of any agricultural land into two or more parcels to be held under separate titles if the size of any of the parcels after divisions or subdivision will be less than one hectare.

These Regulations provide that a register shall be maintained by an officer appointed for the purpose in respect of: (a) applications for the assessment of standard rent under the Rent Restriction Act; and (b) all other proceedings under the Act. They also provide with respect to applications to Rent Tribunals and the procedure to be followed by Rent Tribunals.
These Rules makes provision for wayleaves on Trust land for purposes of erecting or laying of electrical lines. Licences for wayleave are granted under section 38 of the Trust lands Act and shall be in the form as set out in the Schedule to these Rules.
