A Survey Regulations Board is established under section 9. This Board may make regulations regarding the manner in which surveys shall be performed, the diagrams and general plans required in connection with registration of any land in the deeds registry, the forms of beacons, reference marks and other land-survey instruments, and other matters specified in section 10.
