This Regulation, consisting of three Parts and completed by three Schedules, implements the Queensland Heritage Act 1992. Section 3 prescribes details for report on proposed development by the State; Section 4 deals with prescribes, for section 83(3) of the Act, matters the Minister must consider in being satisfied that a local government has appropriate procedures in place for exercising a power under section 84 of the Act in relation to the local government;, the declaration of protected areas (sect. 5), recommendation of declaration of protected areas (sect. 6). The Regulation is completed by three Schedules specifying the protected areas, setting the values of fees under the Act, etc.
