This Regional Act aims at the protection and restoration of land and at the same time lays down provisions on the preservation of water resources and their exploitation for irrigation. The Act provides for the subdivision of the regional territory into restoration districts, as specified in article 2. Further provisions define the functions of consortia involved in land restoration and water resources preservation.
This Regional Act lays down the legislative framework concerning the protection of soil, water resources and coastal territories in Toscana. The Act establishes principles for the adoption of programmes, plans and projects to undertake interventions that have an impact on such resources. A Commission for Soil Protection is established (art. 4). Provisions on monitoring and penalties are laid down too.
This Regulation concerns the procedure for the issue of the concessions required to use lands falling within public forest areas.
The present Ordinance enforces the Law on public land of 18 March 1986. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to detailed enforcement procedures, such as specific tasks of competent executive authorities. Article 1 establishes that the Territory Office shall be responsible for the execution of the afore-mentioned Law.
Article 1 establishes that the following are part of public land: public waters, such as lakes, rivers and other watererways; b) mines; c) land that cannot be cultivated, such as rocks, landslides, glaciers, snowfields; d) land underground; e) newly formed land and f) al other things in common use, such as roads and squares for example.
This Regional Act supplements Regional Act No. 34 of 1992 by inserting new article 26 ter, which concerns the adoption of the plan on alienation and valorization of lands pertaining to the Region, the Provinces and the Municipalities within the Marche Region.

The present Law regulates temporary occupation or acquisition of real estate, property rights or personal rights relating to the implementation of works of public interests. The text consists of 78 articles divided into 9 Parts as follows: Basic provisions (I); Compensation (II); Publication of acts (III), Authorities and administrative proceedings (IV); Early release for possession (V); Enforcement (VI); Withdrawal of property rights (VII); Miscellaneous provisions (VIII); Transitional and final provisions (IX).
This Act sets out the legislative framework related to mountain territories ands their management. In particular, the Act deals with subsidies to be granted for the improvement of such territories, particularly as regards the management of sylvopastoral resources. Further provisions concern the expropriation procedures to be applied, the institutional framework and the procedures for adopting the reclamation plan.
This Provincial Act sets out the legislative framework governing the management of public lands destined to public uses, particulary agro-forestry and silvopastoralism. The Act aims at the environmental protection and economic development of those lands. The Act further regulates the right of use of these public lands. Special provisions are laid down with respect to the Regole of Spinale and Manez, referred to in Provincial Act No. 12 of 1960.

These provisions concern the rearrangement and promote the setting up of the Regole, including those regulated under Regional Act No. 48 of 1975. This Act recognizes the Regole as mountain organizations aimed at the environmental protection and economic development of mountain territories.
