La présente loi est composée de 84 articles repartis en onze (11) titres. Ce texte prévoit la mise en valeur des forêts (Titre II) et les défrichements des forêts: organisation, et lieux des défrichements (Titre III).
The purpose of this Act is to protect lives and property of people from the danger of steep slope failures and to contribute to public welfare by prescribing matters concerning the designation and management of steep slopes at risk of collapse, the formulation and execution of necessary improvement plans and emergency measures.
The Act is enacted to perfect cadastral management, ensure land rights, and promote land use.In order to investigate cadastral registration in which the contents of rights are incomplete or inconsistent with the existing laws and regulations, after clarifying the content of rights and ownership, the authority concerned shall register again. The municipal or county (city) authority concerned shall investigate within its jurisdiction the land cadastre.
The purpose of this Law shall be to establish the bases for the protection of the greenery and green spaces located outside the forestry land of the Republic of Lithuania, for the development of green areas and the legal regulation of planting of greenery, in order to ensure the stability of the natural and cultural landscape, and the right of the inhabitants to improve the environmental conditions that improve their quality of life. This Law does not apply to grassy vegetation that grows outside green areas.
The purpose of this Act is to contribute to the promotion of public welfare with the systematic management of uninhabited islands and surrounding waters by prescribing matters necessary for the conservation and management of uninhabited islands and surrounding waters. In particular, the State and local governments shall formulate and execute policies necessary for the proper conservation and management of uninhabited islands, such as protecting uninhabited islands and surrounding waters from being damaged, or indiscreetly utilized or developed. The text consists of 37 articles.
This Law, consisting of 43 articles divided into five Chapters, creates the Ecological and Economic Zone of the State of Acre.
