This decree divides into 15 sessions and consists of 188 articles. This law sets out the principles, regulations, measures on the management, monitoring of land works aiming to improve the lives of the people.

Désormais, le Conseil municipal n’a plus la prérogative d’affecter ou de désaffecter des terres sans l’approbation de l’autorité administrative locale.
Le présent code régit l’ensemble des opérations relatives à la prospection, à la recherche, à l'exploitation des gîtes de substances minérales ainsi qu'au traitement, au transport, à la transformation, à la commercialisation et à l’économie des substances minérales à l’exclusion de l’eau et des hydrocarbures liquides et gazeux.
Il régit également l’ensemble des opérations de réhabilitation et de fermeture des sites d’exploitation des mines et des carrières.
La présente loi, composée de 35 articles repartis en sept (7) chapitres, définit les principes généraux et les règles en matière de transhumance et de déplacement du bétail.
La présente loi met en exécution, entre autres, la loi du 20 juin 2001 sur le développement rural et l’ordonnance 7 décembre 1998 sur les améliorations structurelles dans l'agriculture (ordonnance sur les améliorations structurelles) (OAS)5).
The Law determines principles for land use and land survey in Latvia. Its purpose is to protect the rights of land users and regulate the basic regulations for land use. The norms of this Law are applicable if the Law on Completion of State and Local Government Property Privatisation and Utilisation of Privatisation Certificates does not prescribe otherwise.
This Act adds a new Chapter to the Liberian Code to create the Liberian Land Authority. The Authority shall be a body corporate and shall be governed by a Commission. The primary mandate of the Authority is to develop policies on a continuous basis, undertake actions and implement programs for land governance.
The present Act provides for the orderly carrying out of professional land surveying in the Province of Nova Scotia.
The purpose of the present Act is to transpose into national legislation the Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE). Article 1 of the above-mentioned Act establishes that the present Act regulates the creation, maintenance and organization of a national spatial data infrastructure. In particular the Act aims to provide authorities, economy, science and the public with spatial information in a sustainable, up to date, quick and simple way.
The Article 8, 34 and 175 of the Land Law are canceled. Article 172 is amended as: The land value tax shall be levied on the landowner. In the case of any land subject to dien, the said tax shall be paid by the dien-holder. The Article 34-1 is also amended. For the disposal of ownership, or changes of, or setting encumbrance of superficies, agricultural right, servitude of real property, or dien over co-owned land or constructional improvements, the consent of more than half of the Co-owners whose holding of ownership is more than half of the total share shall be required.
