The Medium Term Development Plan 2011-2015 (MTDP) is a 5-year rolling development plan that sets the sector strategies, targets, deliverables and their projected estimated cost of implementation. The MTDP is aimed at translating the Papua New Guinea Development Strategic Plan 2010-2030 (PNGDSP) into tangible results.

An Act to amend the Land Act to provide differently for certain effects of convictions of nobles.
LegislaciónTonga, OceaníaThis Act amends the Land Act (Cap. 132) in sections 30, 37, 38, 40 and 41 by repealing "convicted of an indictable offence" and replacing those words with "convicted of a criminal offence and sentenced to imprisonment for more than two years". Section 37 is further amended by adding a provision on suspension of sentence and its effects on loss of rights of inheritance. Sections 38 and 41 are further amended by repealing "conviction for an indictable offence" and replacing those words with "conviction of a criminal offence and sentenced to imprisonment for more than two years".
