This Law, consisting of 98 articles divided into ten Chapters, establishes rules for the organization, competence and functioning of Sucos.

This Decree-Law amends and re-publishes Decree-Law No. 37/2014 of 22 July, approving the special legal regime for the implementation of land registers in the islands of Sal, Boa Vista, São Vicente and Maio.
This Decree-Law, consisting of 4 Chapters, approves the structure of the IV Constitutional Government of Timor-Leste. It establishes composition, competences and duties of the Fourth Reform of the Government of the country and specifies all the area involved in order to allow to face the problems of the country according to the needs and priority of its population.

This Law, composed of 89 articles divided in 5 chapters, regulates the general principles on land rights. In particular, the Law rules on: property rights, rural community rights, natural resources’ use and protection measures, land expropriation, land concession, territorial planning, land classification, and registration procedures.
This Act is composed of 35 articles divided into eight Chapters. It aims at establishing the terms under which the creation, exercise, modification, transfer and termination of the right of land use and benefit operates. It regulates ownership of the land and public domain, the right of use and benefit of land, powers and responsibilities of the concerned public bodies. In particular, it defines obligations to be fulfilled by foreign or national entities, as well as fees to be paid in order to obtain a licence for land exploitation.
