This Act adds a new Chapter to the Liberian Code to create the Liberian Land Authority. The Authority shall be a body corporate and shall be governed by a Commission. The primary mandate of the Authority is to develop policies on a continuous basis, undertake actions and implement programs for land governance.

This Decree-Law, consisting of three Chapters and one Annex, establishes the organization and functioning norms of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Territorial Planning and Housing (MIOTH).
This Act makes provision for the recognition, protection and registration of community land rights and also provides for conversion of community land, special rights and entitlements with respect to community land, environment and natural resources management of community land and settlement of disputes relating to community land.

These Regulations reform the law in Ghana with respect to the granting of timber rights and related matters. They (a) regulate the identification of land suitable for the grant of timber rights, (b) regulate the terms and conditions for small and large scale timber rights, (c) regulate other sources of timber, and (d) provide for a legality licensing scheme.The Forestry Commission shall identify lands suitable for grant of large scale timber utilisation contracts. The Regulations set out the procedures for the identification of lands (including owner consent).
Le présent décret fixe les modalité d'application de l’ordonnance n° 10 du 5 mars 1976 relative à l'exercice et à l’organisation de la profession de géomètre. A cet effet, ce texte rappelle la liste des travaux énumères à l’article premier de l’ordonnance susmentionnée. Par ailleurs, elle définit l’agrément, la procédure d’agrément et les infractions et sanctions, en application de l’article 5 de l’ordonnance n°10 du 5 mars 1976.
