These Regulations prescribe standards for the use of sewage sludge in agriculture. They give effect to Council Directive No. 86/278/EEC relating to the protection of the environment and in particular of the soil when sewage sludge is used in agriculture. Sludge shall not be used or supplied for use in agriculture except in accordance with these Regulations.
These Regulations make amendments to the Land Registration Rules 1972 to 2007 in relation with the application in electronic form for cancellation of a registered charge and relating production of a certificate of charge.

This Act provides for a comprehensive reform and modernization of land law and conveyancing law. It, among other things, provides for a simplification of the conveyancing process, especially the procedures involved and the taking of security over land; facilitates extension of the registration of title system with a view to promoting its use; and facilitates the introduction of an electronic conveyancing system.
These Regulations make various amendments to the Land Registration Rules 1972 to 2008 in relation with, among other things, forms, modification of examination of title, applications for the registration of title by public authorities, registartion of easements and land on the foreshore.

These Regulations make various amendments to the Land Registration Rules 1972 to 2009 in relation with, among other things, forms, directions that may be given by the Property Registration Authority, form and contents of registers, registration of property and tenancies and legal proceedings.

These Regulations provide for the registration and regulation of sewage sludge facilities for purposes of giving effect to provisions of Directive 2006/12/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste. Facilities already regulated under other environmental legislation, such as licensed facilities under the Waste Management Acts, are excluded.
These Rules provide that the Registry map for property in urban areas shall as far as possible be on the 1/1000 scale and that all plans of property in such areas shall be shown on such scale with necessary or obvious adjustments to conform to ordnance detail. They prescribe that a crystallised charge on the appointment of a receiver under a debenture may be registered as a burden affecting registered land under section 69 of the Registration of Title Act, 1964.
The Rules provide for the deletion from the Land Registration Rules, 1972 of the existing Form 3 and the introduction of a new Form 3, and amendment of Form 15. The Rules also provide for the amendment of Rules 19 and 35 of the Land Registration Rules, 1972. Form 3 concerns an application for first registration where purchase money or compensation does not exceed £50,000. Form 15 concerns application for the conversion of possessory title on a Certificate of Solicitor where the compensation, purchase money does not exceed £50,000.
The Rules provide for the deletion from the Land Registration Rules, 1972 of the existing Form 3 and the introduction of a new Form 3. The Rules also provide for the amendment of Rules 19 and 35 of the Land Registration Rules, 1972.
These Rules amend rules 19 and 35 of the Land Registration Rules, 1972 relative to valuation of registered property.
