   The Estonian Environmental Strategy 2030 is a national cross-sectoral strategy of Estonia for the period 2007-2030. Its main objective is to ensure the preservation and improvement of the Estonian living and natural environment in the areas of reduction of waste, disused hazardous sites and the pollution load; sustainable use of water and mineral resources; energy; transport; forestry; fisheries; hunting; and preservation of the diversity of nature and landscapes.The Strategy aims to ensure food and potable water safety.

   The National Environmental Action Plan of Estonia is a national cross-sectoral action plan of Estonia for the period 2007-2013. Its main objective is to present a consensual list of nationally prioritised activities aimed at achieving the primary goals of the environmental policy specified in the national Environmental Strategy, indicating the financing needs and discussing the most optimal use of non-budgetary funding sources.The Action Plan aims to ensure food and potable water safety.

   This Act provides for town and country planning and other planning in relation with development in Trinidad and Tobago. The Act defines duties of the Minister and establishes an Advisory Town Planning Panel. Development plans shall be prepared by the Minister after a general survey. The Act further provides, among other things for: (a) the granting of development permissions; (b) compensation for consequences of planning decisions; (c) planning control and enforcement; and (d) acquisition and disposal of land for planning purposes.

   The Decree provides the allotment of state-owned land destined to planting of perennial trees, seasonal crops and forestation, plus the water surface required for aquaculture farming to individuals, households and organizations which shall invest in the resulting production.    The present Agreement is the first combined land, resources and self-government Agreement in the Northwest Territories. Canada, the Government of the Northwest Territories(GNWT) and the Tlicho are Parties to the Agreement. The Agreement provides the Tlicho with ownership of a single block of 39,000 square kilometres of land, including subsurface resources, adjacent to or surrounding the four Tlicho communities. The Agreement also provides for self-government. A regional Tlicho Government was created with law-making authority over Tlicho Citizens in their communities and on their lands.

   This Ministerial Decree establishes that transfer of forestland to land of other categories for purposes not related to forestry shall be authorized exclusively in the presence of positive conclusions of state environmental audit. Authorization for transfer shall be issued in the following cases: (a) impossibility of land tenure in accordance with previously established purposeful use of land; (b) modification of the boundaries of inhabited (urban) areas; and (c) classification of land as protected area.
