The topic about shared real estate and ownership of landed property has become important only in the latest years. In connection with the rise of estate tax, the land’s cadastre value and the lease of land, the contradictions have also become more aggravated in shared real estate’s situations, which had occurred at some point when land reforms and privatization took place.
In article is considered the existing system of documents of socio-economic planning of administrative and territorial units of the Republic of Belarus. It is expedient to develop a package of documents of a sustainable development of primary administrative and territorial units (village councils) for improvement of this system. Within implementation of the project of the international technical assistance the analysis of potential opportunities of rural territories for sustainable development goals is carried out.
The research of information support of the system of cadastral estimation of the territory of settlements of Ukraine is carried out. It is proved that the cadastral valuation should be carried out using generalized characteristics of the cadastral quarters of the settlement. This approach allows not only to reduce the cost of creating a cadastral valuation system, but also differentiates it depending on the functional purpose of the territory.
In article 38 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan stipulates that citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan must preserve nature and protect natural resources [1, p.3]. However, in Northern Kazakhstan, located significant areas of arable land to grow crops. We must not forget that arable land is the wealth of our country. It appears that in the world there is a shortage and the loss of arable land. However, the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan there is no concept of arable land.
The Cadastral System in Spain is divided in two organizations: the first one is Register of Property and the other one - Real Estate Cadastre. Both of them are joined with the purpose to get better legal information security and make easier the registration of the information for citizens. At the same time they follow the instructions of the European Infrastructure for Cadastral parcels (INSPIRE). Each parcel has an identification code and every alteration in that parcels should be registered by the different Cadastral declarations models.
Proceedings of international scientific - methodical conference “Baltic Surveying’17” are periodical edition of scientific articles, issued as online (ISSN 2243-6944) edition. The article presents the conceptual approaches to the development of the master's program ''Land resource management '' in National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University. One of the areas of strategic development plans of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the implementation of the provisions of the Land Code is to ensure the sustainable use and conservation of land resources through the formation of highly productive, ecologically oriented and adapted land use, through improved economic mechanisms of land management and state control over observance of the land legislation.
In the article is analysed the role of GIS technologies, their connection to the land geographical space, components and tasks of GIS, their role in observation of the state control over land use and protection of agricultural land, as well as ways to improve the system of state control through the introduction of GIS technologies.
