This Act contains rules relative to real property and especially the lease and disposal of land.It prescribes rules relative to the manner of giving effect to equitable interests and powers, creation and disposition of equitable interests, vesting orders and dispositions of legal estates operating as conveyances by an estate owner, leasehold, rights on real property in case of infancy, lunacy or death, common ownership, registration of rights, etc.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to acquisition, sharing and protection of land. The text consists of 79 sections divided into 8 Parts as follows: Transfer and descent of land (1); Common parties contracts and conveyances (2); Partition and sale (3); Attornment clauses (4); Enforcement of mortgages and agreements for sale of land (5); Enforcement of purchase-money, security agreements (6); Mineral titles clarification (7); Miscellaneous (8).

This Act makes provision in relation to succession to real and personal estate on intestacy.
This Act consists of 7 Parts: Preliminary (I); Acquisition (II); Reference to an Appeals Board and procedure thereon (III); Apportionment of Compensation (IV); Payment (V); Temporary Occupation of Land (VI); Miscellaneous (VII).The Act provides a legal framework for the acquisition of private land by the government for the benefit of the public. Procedures and requirements for the acquisiton of land are set out in detail in the text. The Act further provides for the constitution of one or more Appeal Boards for the purpose of hearing appeals in respect of any award made by the Collector.

This Act amends the Land Act (Cap. 132) in sections 30, 37, 38, 40 and 41 by repealing "convicted of an indictable offence" and replacing those words with "convicted of a criminal offence and sentenced to imprisonment for more than two years". Section 37 is further amended by adding a provision on suspension of sentence and its effects on loss of rights of inheritance. Sections 38 and 41 are further amended by repealing "conviction for an indictable offence" and replacing those words with "conviction of a criminal offence and sentenced to imprisonment for more than two years".
This Act amends the Nauru Lands Committee Act 1956. The amendments are set out in the Schedule to this Act and concern, among other things: the power of the Committee to determine the distribution of the personal estate of deceased Nauruans. ‘Personal estate’ means the personal property to which a deceased person was entitled at the time of the person’s death, and any share or interest in such property, that is: (a) subject to the law of Nauru; and (b) not real estate.

The Act amends the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 1991 in relation with succession and rent review and the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 2003 by adding a new provision to section 9 on the review of rent under limited duration tenancies.
