This Land Law, consisting of 14 Chapters, divided into 223 articles, establishes the legal regime for land management, in particular for constitution, exercise, modification, transmission and extinction of the right of land use and exploitation within the State of the Special Administrative Region of Macau, (called RAEM).
The purpose of these Regulations is to timely mediate and process disputes regarding rights and ownership of lands, forestry and water conservancy, protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties involved in the disputes, maintain social harmony and stability, and promote economic development.
This Law has been formulated in accordance with the Constitution for the purpose of stabilizing and perfecting the two-level operation system, which is based the responsibility system of contracting by households supplemented by unified management, entitling the peasants to a long-term and guaranteed right to the use of land, protecting the legal rights and interests of the parties of the contracting of rural land, so as to improve the development of agriculture and the rural economy and stabilize the rural areas.
These Measures are made to improve the investigation and handling of disputes over land title, protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties concerned and to safeguard the public ownership of land.The land and resources administrative department at or above the county level shall be responsible for investigating and mediating the cases on disputes over land title.
The purpose of these Regulations is to strengthen the protection and management of forest land, rationally develop and utilize forest resources, promote sustainable economic and social development. The Text consists of 44 articles divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Forest Land Tenure Management (II); Forest Land Protection and Utilization (III); Forest Land Expropriation and Occupation (IV); Legal Liability (V); Supplementary Provisions (VI).Forest land belongs to the State and collectives.
The purpose of these Rules is to implement the Rural Community Land Readjustment Act. The Text consists of 39 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General provisions (I); Selection and Determination of Readjustment Areas (II); Readjustment Encumbrance and Construction Work (III); Land Redistribution and Dispute Settlement(IV); Right Liquidation and Arrangement of Cadastration(V); Supplementary Provisions (VI).Article 3 sets up principles for the evaluation, selection, and determination of readjustment areas.
These Measures have been formulated in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Contracting of Rural Land.
The purpose of these Regulations is to stabilize and improve the contracted management system of rural land, and effectively protect the rights and interests of farmers', and promote the development of agriculture, rural economy and rural social stability.
The aim of this Law is to settle disputes concerning rural land contract management in a timely and just manner, to ensure farmers' rights and promote rural economy and social stability.The law sets out principles related to the use of mediation or arbitration for the settlement of land disputes. When a dispute arises, the parties concerned can reach a compromise on their own, or resort to a village committee or local government for mediation.
The purpose of these Regulations is to regulate the contracted management of rural land and guarantee the legitimate rights and interests of the contracting parties.
