This Act lays down rules governing (i) the marketing of fertilizers, cultivating substrates and soil additive substances; (ii) registration of fertilizers; (iii) storage and use of fertilizers; (iv) agrochemical examination of agricultural lands and assessment of soil properties of forest areas. Only registered fertilizers may be placed on the market.
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of five articles and one Annex, establishes: details on conditions of registration of fertilizers, cultivating substrates and soil additive substances; acceptance of results of laboratory and vegetal testing of fertilizers. The Annex contains the list of fertilizers, cultivating substrates and soil additive substances which must be registered.
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture is composed of five articles and one Annex. Land record is kept due to cadastral land: leased under leases; managed under special regulations; lessee owns and operates. The records contain written part, maps and collection of documents. The Annex specifies the form of the written part of the register.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of nine articles and five Annexes, lays down details on: (a) maintenance of the registration and information system and the database related to the management of agricultural land in vulnerable areas; (b) obtaining weather information; (c) the application for special authorization for the use of nitrogen fertilizers; (d) the procedure for reporting on additional storage areas; (e) plans for the use of nitrogen fertilizers; (f) registration of carried out controls.
