Ce protocole a été convenu par les Parties contractantes de la Convention sur la protection des Alpes (Convention alpine) soucieuses d'élaborer une procédure efficace de consultation et de règlement des différends dans le cadre de la Convention alpine et de ses protocoles. En cas de différend relatif à l'interprétation ou à l'application de la Convention alpine ou de l'un de ses protocoles, les Parties contractantes s'efforcent en priorité de trouver un règlement par voie de consultation ou par une procédure d'arbitrage.
The Contracting Parties have agreed to establish a Joint Commission responsible for issues on land use planning, especially in border areas. The Commission shall elaborate related suggestions and recommendations. The text consists of 8 articles.
The purpose of the present Agreement is to: a) exchange GEOINT (Geospatial Intelligence Information) Information for the use of both Parties for defence purposes; b) establish and implement cooperative production programmes, other cooperative efforts and co-production programmes; c) establish and implement mutual technical assistance. The Parties have agreed that Kyrgyzstan shall concede to Kazakhstan land areas on the coastline of Issyk-Kul lake for the period of 49 years for recreational water uses. The Government of Kazakhstan shall pay lease in the form of land charges to the amount of land charges set forth for residents on the territory of Kyrgyzstan. The Government shall prevent environmental pollution, ensure greening of the territory and grant access to recreational water area to the local residents.
The Parties shall promote the development of agro-industrial complex, cooperation between the producers of agricultural commodities of all forms of property, and also by enterprises and organizations in the sphere of agricultural production, processing of agricultural commodities, and also shall work out the most favourable terms and conditions for lease of agricultural land for agricultural commodity producers operating on the territory of the Kaliningrad region and of the Republic of Belarus.
Articles 1 to 4 specify the coordinates of the line dividing the submerged area adjacent to the divided zone, which represents the border between the two countries.In Annex I an Agreement between the two countries regarding ownership of natural resources. The contracting parties propose to develop cooperation in the field of environmental protection and restoration. Priority areas are air pollution, harmonization of national, regional and international law, neutralization of wastes and recycling, protection of water quality, protection against noise and vibration, protection of biodiversity, exchange of information regarding soil conservation and energy use, protected areas and their utilization, EIA, training, exchange of information regarding the implementation of EC environmental directives.
Purpose of the Agreement is to resolve all pending boundary differences between the two countries, and provide for maintaining the Rio Grande and the Colorado River as the international boundary. It provides procedures designed to avoid the loss or gain of territory by either country incident to future changes in the river. The contracting States agree to establish and recognize their maritime boundaries in the Gulf of Mexico and in the Pacific ocean according to the provisions of article V.
This Agreement consists of 14 articles and it shall be subject to the provisions of Reciprocal Encouragement and Protection of Investment between the two Parts (art. 1). The Government of Sudan shall grant to the Government of Syria a land for exploitation located in Abu Quta-Province Alhsahisa situated in the State of Aljazeera with an area of 30,000 Faddan without any restriction rights (art. 2). The exploitation of the aforementioned land shall be valid for 50 years (art. 3).
