La presente Ley General de los Registros Públicos, tiene por objeto la creación, regulación, organización, régimen administrativo, funcionamiento y procedimiento de los Registros Públicos integrados en el Sistema Nacional de Registros.

This Act provides rules for the registration of title or other interests in land and related matters and provides for the form of transfer of title in land or other interest in land such as mortgages, caveats, leases and easements.There shall continue to be a Registrar of Land who shall be the Chief Executive Officer responsible for the administration of this Act. The Registrar may delegate the Registrar’s powers and functions to the Assistant Registrar of Land.
The present Law lays down provisions relating to charges for continuation of property registration in the real estate cadastre. Article 1 establishes that for changes in ownership in the real estate cadastre a fee (Cadastral Continuation Fee) shall be charged, otherwise the continuation of registration in the cadastre is free of charge. The Law consists of 6 articles.

This Act regulates the rights and obligations regarding rural real estates in order to implement the Agricultural Reform and to promote the Agricultural Policy. It is divided into 4 Parts composed of various Chapters.Part 1 is divided as follows: Principles and definitions (chap. I), defining types of agricultural land, associations, companies, cooperatives, etc.; Agreements (chap. II), laying down agreements between the agricultural Federal agents and the Brazilian Institute for Agricultural Reform which shall represent the central Government; Chapter III concerns (a) Public (sect.
The present Ordinance lays down detailed provisions with the purpose of implementing the Cantonal Spatial Information Law of 24 October 2010. In particular, the Ordinance applies to spatial base data of cantonal law.
These Rules concern forms and some other matters prescribed under the Registered Land Ordinance. The forms of the Register and Land Certificate shall be such forms as the Registrar (with the consent of the Governor) may from time to time approve. The forms required to be used under the Ordinance shall be as prescribed in the First Schedule to these Rules.
