This Act has 43 sections, and is divided as follows: Interpretation (sects. 1-3); Dedication and Purpose of Provincial Parks (sects. 4 and 5); Designation and Management of Provincial Parks (sects. 6-11); Park Lands Administration (sects. 12-22); Enforcement (sects. 23-26); General Provisions (sects. 27-35); and Consequential, Repeal and coming into Force (sects.
This Act regulates ownership of farmlands. Section 2 provides that any of the following may, directly or indirectly, take, acquire, receive or hold an interest in farmland being; (b) a family farm corporation; (c) a municipality; (d) a local government district; and (e) an agency of government. Section 6 provides for the continuation of the Manitoba Farm Lands Ownership board. Section 8 deals with the powers of the Board.
The present Act consists of 2 sections and 1 Schedule containing an Agreement between the government of Canada and the government of the Province of Manitoba on transfer of control over Crown lands and natural resources to Manitoba. The Agreement deals with the following issues: transfer of public lands generally, school lands funds and school lands, water, fisheries, Indian reserves, national parks, seed, grain, general reservation to Canada, historic sites, birds, sanctuaries, financial terms.
A basic Act concerning real property in the province of Manitoba. In particular, its objects are to simplify the title to land, to give certainty thereto, to facilitate the proof thereof, and to expedite dealings therewith; and the Act shall be construed in a manner to best give effect to those objects.
The purpose of the present Act is: a) to enable First Nations and aboriginal communities on the east side of Lake Winnipeg to engage in land use and resource management planning for designated areas of Crown land that they have traditionally used; and b) to provide designated areas of Crown land on the east side of Lake Winnipeg with special protection from development and other activities that might occur on that land.
The present Act lays down provisions relating to land use planning in the province of Manitoba.
This Act is divided into 35 sections and 10 parts as follows: (1) Lands Branch; (2) Dealings in Crown Lands Reservations from Dispositions; (3) Power of Lieutenant Governor in Council; (4) Powers and Duties of Minister; (5) Dispositions; (6) Assignments; (7) Remedies Recovery of Rents and Royalties; (8) Forfeiture; (9) Possession of Land Adversely Held; (10) Prohibitions and Penalties; The Department of Natural Resources known as the "Lands Branch" which manages and administers Crown lands is continued.
This Act creates a framework for land survey by Manitoba government surveyors. The text – consisting of 48 sections deals with the following matters: lost corners and protection of monuments, surveys of Crown land, appointment of surveyors, administration, standard of measures, evidence before surveyors and surveys, re-establishment of lost corners, effect of new monuments, planting monument in new position, plans of crown lands and original boundary lines.
The present Act introduces some amendments to the Farm Lands Ownership Act. In particular, it amends section 6 by striking out "vice-chairman" substitutin it with "vice-chair". Furthermore, it amends section 13 dealing with protection from liability.

The purpose of this Act is to provide for the conservation, control and prudent use of resources through the establishment of conservation districts, and to protect the correlative rights of owners (sect. 2). The Act continues the Conservation Districts Commission and regulates its operation and functioning. The Act defines the procedure for the establishment of conservation districts and provides for the management of each district by a dedicated board and regulates the operation of such boards.
