The first Section of this Act, which is composed of 20 articles, lays down conditions aplicable to the transfer of agricultural and forest public lands. The second Section of the Act lays down some amendments to the Act on the Land Fund of the Czech Republic.
This Act amends the Law on Agriculture as regards (i) certain support schemes for farmers, (ii) provisions concerning cultivation of genetically modified varieties, and (iii) updating of land records.
This Act sets up the State Fund for Soil Improvement. It also lays down amendments to the the Act on conditions of converting agricultural and forest lands from ownership of the state to other persons and to the Agriculture Law. As from 1 January 2006, the State Fund of Soil Improvement takes over the rights and obligations pertaining to the Ministry of Agriculture in matter of soil improvement.

Further the Act lays down conditions for carrying out agrochemical tests on agricultural lands and assessing soil properties of forest lands. Provisions on inspection and penalties are also laid down.
This Act sets out the basic legislative framework on agriculture. It aims at ensuring agricultural development so as to guarantee food security and availability of basic agricultural commodities. It sets out provisions to support agricultural activities, including rules on environmental protection. The Act also establishes procedures on compensation of damages caused to farmers.
This Act lays down detailed provisions to implement the Act on the relations of ownership of land and other agrarian property. In particular, it defines the competences and tasks of the Czech Republic administrative authorities, with specific regard to those pertaining to the Ministry of Agriculture.

This Act, which is composed of seven Sections, sets out provisions regulating ownership relations as well as settlement of related disputes in companies. Particular regard is given to agricultural enterprises.
This Act, which is composed of 18 articles, establishes the Land Fund of the Czech Republic. The Land Fund is a legal person recorded in the Trade Register. The Fund is in charge of the management of real estate belonging to the State. If the owner of a real estate is unknown, the Land Fund may allow any suitable interested person to use such real property.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture amends 12 points of the Decree on land arrangement procedures. The amended provisions deal with delimitation of borders of lands and alignment of territory borders.
