A BILL for AN ACT of Parliament to provide a framework for the contracting, exploration, development and production of petroleum; cessation of upstream petroleum operations; to give effect to relevant articles of the Constitution in so far as they apply to upstream petroleum operations; and for connected purposes.
Government has been implementing the Land Resettlement Programme for over twenty four (24) years, focusing mainly on land resettlement for agricultural purposes without a comprehensive policy and legal framework. This has caused a number of challenges including lack of a coordination mechanism at higher level of Government in the implementation of the land resettlement programme, land disputes and low levels of infrastructure development and service provision in the resettlement schemes.
O Centro Terra Viva (CTV) em parceria com o Observatório do Meio Rural (OMR), realizou no dia 26 de Março de 2015, no Anfiteatro do Museu de História Natural, na Cidade de Maputo, um debate público sobre o tema “O papel da gestão e administração de terras na promoção do desenvolvimento rural”, reunindo cerca de 26 participantes, dos quais 19 homens e 07 mulheres, em representação de instituições públicas, académicas e de organizações da sociedade civil.
Article 33 of the Land Code (No. 2768-III of 2001) shall be amended to add the following wording: “Land plots allotted for smallholding can be transferred by citizens for tenancy by legal entities of Ukraine and used by them for agricultural commodity production, farming without changing the specific use of these land plots”. Article 93 of the Land Code (No. 2768-III of 2001) shall be amended to add the following wording: “The term of lease of agricultural land for agricultural commodity production, farming and smallholding cannot be less than 7 years”. This Act establishes the Register of Foreign Ownership of Water or Agricultural Land. It specifies the following: The first register is the Register of Foreign Ownership of Agricultural Land, which contains: a) information the Commissioner obtains about foreign persons’ holdings of agricultural land; and b) published statistics derived from that information. Foreign persons must give notice to the Commissioner of: a) their holdings of agricultural land as at the start of 1 July 2015; and b) later events causing agricultural land to start or cease to be held by foreign persons.

The purpose of this Decree is to provide for the matters that are delegated by the Act on the Establishment, Management of Spatial Data and those necessary for its enforcement.
This Regulation, consisting of 4 sections and completed by one Schedule, regulates the registration of titles to lands. It specifies the Authorised entity for Act, pt 8A—Act, s 69B (d) and necessary Information about certain transactions and instruments—purchaser’s proof of identity—Act, s 178B (2) (k). Schedule deals with the Identification of documents.
