Ce plan comprend parmi d'autres la zone protégée des réserves naturelles du "Baggerweieren" et la zone viticole et agricole. The purpose of this Act is to determine in detail the transfer of ownership of state owned assets to local government, and so to ensure the necessary assets to the functioning of the latter. Chapter I rules the transfer of assets to local governments such as flats and premises other than flats, monuments, protected natural areas, lands, the assets of public utilities, water resources (except for transboundary waters), water works and water supply services. Chapter II regards the transfer of the management right of real estates.

These Regulations amend the principal Regulations by inserting a new set of arable options and making some minor amendments. Such options include retention of overwintered stubbles followed by the cultivation or fallow creation and management of a conservation headland (with or without fertilizer application), establishment and maintenance of wildlife seed mixtures providing a food source and cover for a range of wild birds, mammals and invertebrates, and establishment and maintenance of nectar and pollen-rich plant mixture for the benefit of foraging insects, wild birds and mammals.

These Regulations implement, in relation to projects for the use of uncultivated land and semi-natural areas in Northern Ireland for intensive agricultural purposes, Council Directive 85/337/EEC on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment and Council Directive 1992/43/EEC on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora insofar as it applies to such projects. Provision is made for the screening of “relevant projects”.

This Decree lays down provisions for implementing Provincial Act No. 21 of 21 October 1996 relative to the forestry sector. The Decree is divided into three Titles and contains two Annexes. Title I regulates the hydrogeological and forest bonds referred to in article 3 of Provincial Act No. 21 of 1996. Article 2 concerns its removal under certain circumstances. Title II lays down particular provisions for bound lands. Part I of Title II regulates the transformation of forests. Article 4 gives the definition of forest.
