La présente loi met en exécution, entre autres, la loi du 20 juin 2001 sur le développement rural et l’ordonnance 7 décembre 1998 sur les améliorations structurelles dans l'agriculture (ordonnance sur les améliorations structurelles) (OAS)5).
The present Act lays down provisions relating to land use planning in the Canton of Nidwald. In particular, it ensures an economical use of soil, regulated settlements with a view to conserve natural living space, the cultural heritage of the Canton, a sustainable development and coordination of competences. It aims also at the unification of the construction law.
The present Ordinance enforces the Building Law of 12 June 1994. Article 1 establishes that the competent Department shall prepare the cantonal structural plan in cooperation with the cantonal offices. The Department shall ensure the participation of municipalities and shall consult federal authorities and neighbouring cantons. Other interested parties shall also be heard. The text consists of 41 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Planning proceedings (I); Building permit proceedings (II); Legal protection (IIII); Transitional and final provisions (IV).
La présente loi porte réglementation du territoire et des constructions. L’article 1er établit que la présente loi a pour but de contribuer au développement durable de l’ensemble du canton, en veillant à garantir l’équilibre entre les besoins économiques, sociaux et environnementaux.
The purpose of the present Law is to achieve the objectives and principles of federal and cantonal legislation in the field of land use planning and construction. The text consists of 127 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Land use planning (2); Development (3); Land consolidation and boundary adjustment (4); Measures to promote the availability of land (5); Building regulations (6); Procedural provisions, administrative enforcement and penalties (7); Transitional and final provisions (8).
The present Law lays down provisions relating to land use planning and construction activities. In particular, the purpose of the Law is to use economically the soil according to the accepted principles of land use planning and to ensure and promote sound land use planning. Furthermore, all activities shall be carried out with a view to sustainable development.
The present Ordinance aims to protect and conserve interesting townscapes and cultural objects, including buildings and cultural heritage and historical places as well as their surroundings. The text consists of 35 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: Purpose and content (1); Principles (2); Protection measures and effects (3); Extent of protection and contributions (4); Competences (5); Penalties and legal protection (6).
The present Law promotes the sustainable growth of the national economy, and in particular, the responsible land use planning and redevelopment of certain areas in the Canton Aargau. The text - consisting of 11 articles – deals with the following aspects: purpose, objectives, sustainable location development, administrative proceedings, location marketing, enforcement, cooperation with third parties, publication and entry into force.
Le prèsent règlement établit que le canton de Neuchâtel est divisé en deux arrondissements du registre foncier. Le présent règlement met en exécution la loi du 7 septembre 2011 sur les sites pollués (LSites). L’article 1er établit que les compétences, en matière d’assainissement des sites pollués, du Conseil d’Etat et de la Direction de l’aménagement, de l’environnement et des constructions sont fixées par la loi.
