This Act amends certain provision of the Constitution of Tonga. In particular, it updates the supreme law of Tonga as regards the rule of law and the judicial power. It is worth noticing the insertion of New Clause 83A “Rule of law and Judicial Independence”, which stipulates that the existing underlying constitutional principles of the Rule of Law and Judicial Independence shall always be maintained.
This Act amends Clauses 60, 64 and 65 of the Constitution of Tonga so as to enable some modifications in the electoral laws.

This Act provides with respect to a system of charge, lien or assignments on agricultural goods and warehouse receipts for credit, and for supervision and the registration and certification of warehouses and for these and other purposes establishes the Warehouse Licensing Authority. The Authority shall be a body corporate and shall: (a) certify warehouses; (b) approve negotiable warehouse receipt books; and (c) perform any other function incidental or conducive to the carrying out of its functions under this Act or any other law.
The Law prescribes rules for the functioning of the amelioration system in Latvia. Its purpose is to ensure such mechanism for management of amelioration systems, which promotes sustainable management and use of natural resources, ensures the water regime necessary for safety and welfare of inhabitants, development of infrastructure, as well as construction, operation, maintenance, and management of amelioration systems in the land of rural territories and cities.
