   This Decree shall be compulsory for all natural and legal persons carrying out geodetic activity, topographic activity, survey, mapping and keeping of land cadastre. National Agency on Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre shall be the authorized institution for issuance, renewal, validation, restriction and revocation of licences. The applicant shall file the application specifying the type and the period activity, registration certificate issued by the registration authority, company statute and documents attesting professional qualification.

   Article 21 shall acquire a new wording: “Article 21. Inadmissibility of the use of land plots before delimitation of the boundaries thereof in situ. Landowners shall not be authorized to use land plots allotted by the local self-government out of the stock of public land before delimitation of the boundaries thereof in situ by the State Agency on Land Relations and Cadastre”.

   This Law determines the procedure for the formation of real estate objects depending on their owner and intended use of the object of real estate. The scope of this Law shall be the formation of real estate as independent objects of law by separation of a part of the object, subdivision, consolidation, combining or re-distribution of objects registered in cadastre, and registration of the formed objects of real estate.

   This Law regulates activities in the sphere of geodesy and cartography including: (a) distant zoning of the earth; and (b) mapping and demarcation of the state frontier, administrative boundaries and plots of land pertaining to private ownership. The object of geodetic and cartographic activity shall be national territory. The State Agency of Land Relations and Cadastre shall carry out geodetic and cartographic activity, mapping, zoning and updating of land cadastre data.

    This Ministerial Decree regulates registration of agricultural land of the members of cooperative classified as loan capital and other land owned by the members of cooperative. Agricultural land classified as loan stock shall include agricultural land except for land stock constituting authorized capital stock. Cooperative shall be liable to its members for the use of loan capital for agricultural purposes. Cadastre map of the inhabited area shall be integral part of the register of cooperative land.
