Item 3 regarding certification of land ownership shall be supplemented with the following phrase: “Shall be certified by a state land registration certificate.”

The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following areas: (a) exchange of information regarding geodesy and cartography; (b) exchange of information on geographic research on the territory of the Parties regarding changes in administrative and territorial divisions; (c) joint topographic and geodetic projects; (d) exchange of geographic publications; and (e) mapping of boundaries.
The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following areas: (a) topography, geodesy, cartography and land cadastre; (b) exchange of information in the sphere of land surveys and land cadastre; (c) geographic research on the territory of the Parties regarding changes in the administrative and territorial division; and (d) exchange of cartographic publications.
The authorized state institution responsible for the implementation of the present Agreement shall be the State Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy and Cartography of Belarus and the Department of Geodesy, Cartography and Land Cadastre of Ukraine. The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following areas: (a) topography, geodesy and cartography; (b) exchange of scientific and technical information and cartographic publications; (c) training of specialists; and (d) exchange of information regarding modifications of administrative borders.
The authorized state institution responsible for the implementation of the present Agreement shall be the State Committee on Immovable Property of Belarus and the State Committee on Cadastre of Immovable Property of Armenia. The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following areas: (a) exchange of scientific and technical information regarding geodesy and cartography; (b) joint scientific research; (c) exchange of data on distant zoning of the earth; (c) GPS survey; and (d) exchange of geodetic, cartographic and GPS survey materials.
The Contracting Parties shall cooperate in the following fields: (a) joint programmes in the sphere of cadastre, land resources, geodesy and cartography; (b) exchange of information; (c) exchange of maps; (d) exchange on experience related to land use planning, land survey and land cadastre; (e) joint symposia and conferences; (f) consulting (art. 2).
The cooperation envisaged in this Agreement shall be carried out in the following areas: (a) exchange of scientific, technical and production information; (b) implementation of joint research, experimental and production work; (c) joint aerospace surveys required for both Parties, and the exchange of data related to distant zoning of the Earth; (d) training and skills development for implementation works on geodesy, cartography and distant zoning of the Earth; (e) exchange on the basis of bilateral agreements of geodetic, cartographic materials and data of aerospace surveys of the proper te
The purpose of this Agreement is to create a transboundary biosphere reserve "West Polesie", consisting of three national biosphere reserves, and cooperation on protection and sustainable development of the region in conformity with UNESCO's "Man and the Biosphere" (MAB) program. The Parties shall promote cooperation in the field of protection and sustainable use of biological and landscape diversity of the transboundary biosphere reserve "Western Polesie”.
The Parties have agreed that Kyrgyzstan shall concede to Kazakhstan land areas on the coastline of Issyk-Kul lake for the period of 49 years for recreational water uses. The Government of Kazakhstan shall pay lease in the form of land charges to the amount of land charges set forth for residents on the territory of Kyrgyzstan. The Government shall prevent environmental pollution, ensure greening of the territory and grant access to recreational water area to the local residents.
The Government of the Russian Federation and the administration of the Krasnoyarsk Territory have agreed as follows: 1) Land within the administrative boundaries of the Krasnoyarsk Territory can be classified as federal property, regional property, municipal property and private ownership and other forms of property in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
