The Parties have agreed to validate the Regulation on demarcation of the state border between the Republic of Belarus and Ukraine in accordance with the Annex 1, containing provisions for survey and mapping of the state border, installation of state border signs in accordance with the validated samples.
The Regulation establishes the modalities of carrying out environmental, agricultural, ecological, economic and erosion-preventive zoning of land. Zoning of land shall be carried out with the consideration of the environmental conditions, agrobiological particulars of agricultural crops, the directions of the agricultural development and ecological safety requirements by study of land and soil, analysis, systematization and generalization of data concerning the state and the particulars of land tenure in separate areas or administrative units.
This Decree establishes the mechanism of protection of geodetic points. Geodetic point shall be considered a construction or a facility for marking-out of points on the ground provided with special engineering devices and structures containing external markings of triangulation, GPS-networks, polygonometric networks, as well as centered and levelling points. Demolition of replacement of geodetic points shall be performed by the staff of State Land Cadastre Service.
This Joint Order establishes the modalities and proceedings of information interaction related to issuance of information on registered immovable rights to land plots by State registration authority to State land authority and submittal by the latter to the former information on registered land plots, forms of registers of received and submitted data. Information shall be compiled and submitted in accordance with the form contained in the Annex 1.
The Law consists of 10 Sections composed of 212 articles. Land is the main national wealth under special protection of the State. The right of ownership of land is guaranteed. Use of the right of land ownership cannot damage rights and freedom of citizens, interests of society, deterioration of ecological situation and natural qualities of land.
Article 134 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Sale of plots of public or municipal land to natural persons shall also include haymaking, grazing and residential housing construction purposes”.

The present Law shall supplement Article 110 of the Land Code of Ukraine with a new part 3. According to this new part, division or consolidation of land plots shall not terminate the validity of limitations, encumbrances established for land plots, except for the instances when such a limitation (encumbrance) applied only to a part of a land plot which, as a result of dividing the relevant land plot, has not become a part of the new land plot formed. Article 125 of the Land Code of Ukraine shall be rendered in a new wording.
Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Farming shall be considered entrepreneurial activity performed by natural persons in the sphere of production of agricultural commodities, processing and trade thereof, with a view of generating income, on plots of land transferred thereto in ownership, tenancy and lease for farming and production of agricultural commodities, individual peasant farming, in accordance with the provisions of acting legislation”.
Article 12 extends the list of enterprises, institutions, social associations and sport organizations and institutions that are exonerated from payment of land charges for land plots used for performance of their activities.

This Law regulates the issues originating in the process of performance of metrological activity. It shall be applicable to regulated activities with a view of ensuring uniformity of measurement. This Law shall be applicable to the following fields: (a) protection of human life and health; (b) food quality control and food safety; (c) supervision over the state of environment; and (d) topographic, cartographic, hydrometeorological and land survey practices.
