This Regulation, consisting of nine sections, implements the Surveyors Act 2003 by providing for: Criteria for registration as an emeritus surveyor (sect.2); insurance coverage (sect. 3); Application for competency assessment (sect. 4); Particulars for register (sect. 5); Notice of change in circumstances (sect. 6); Title for holder of registration endorsement for cadastral surveys (sect. 7); Fees (sect. 8).

The Act (79 sections, 1 Schedule) is divided into 7 Parts: Preliminary (I); Administration (II); Qualification of Surveyors and Registration (III); Regulation of Practice (IV); Discipline of Registered Persons (V); Appeals from Board's Decisions (VI); Miscellaneous (VII).The Act establishes the Surveyors Board of Queensland which is responsible, inter alia, for the training, examination, testing and registration of surveyors and the establishment of survey standards.
The purposes of this Act, consisting of nine Parts, are: to provide for the annual registration of licensed surveyors to perform cadastral surveying in Victoria; to provide for investigations into the professional conduct of licensed surveyors; to establish the Surveyors Registration Board of Victoria; to provide for the establishment of the Surveyors Registration Board of Victoria Fund; to repeal the Surveyors Act 1978 and make consequential amendments to other Acts; to provide for fees for the maintenance of the survey control network.The Surveyors Board has powers and functions relating
The objectives of these Regulations, consisting of 17 sections and completed by four Schedules, are to: (a) prescribe standards for cadastral surveys; (b) regulate and control the making of cadastral surveys by licensed surveyors; and (c) prescribe forms and other matters relating to cadastral surveys. These Regulations are made under section 63 of the Surveying Act 2004.The Surveyors Board has powers and functions relating to the registration, training and certification of surveyors (sect. 8).
These Regulations, made under the Survey Act 1992, consisting of 27 sections divided into three Parts and completed by one Appendix, is composed as follows: Preliminary (I); Licences and registrations (II); and Survey instructions (III). The Appendix specifies divisional penalties and expiation fees.
