This Part of the Statute Law Revision Act 2011 amends the Nauru Lands Committee Act 1956 in section 2 by omitting the definition of "Council" and by generally replacing "Council" with "Cabinet". The Act also replaces section 8 on the validation of decisions of Central Court and Administrator made before the date of commencement of the Nauru Lands Committee Ordinance 1956.

This Part of the Statute Law Revision Act 2011 amends the Foreign Trusts, Estates and Wills Act 1972 in section 8(2) by omitting "and also deposits with the Republic of Nauru Finance Corporation or with any subsidiary of that corporation". Section 8 concerns investments of trust funds by trustees.

This Act provides for the recognition of Samoans and the registration of persons declared by the Court to be Samoans.
This Act establishes the Register of Foreign Ownership of Water or Agricultural Land. It specifies the following: The first register is the Register of Foreign Ownership of Agricultural Land, which contains: a) information the Commissioner obtains about foreign persons’ holdings of agricultural land; and b) published statistics derived from that information. Foreign persons must give notice to the Commissioner of: a) their holdings of agricultural land as at the start of 1 July 2015; and b) later events causing agricultural land to start or cease to be held by foreign persons.
This Chapter defines property and ownership in general and contains various rules regarding the property of land, fixtures and wild animals. This Act defines “ownership”, “property”, “real property” “land” and “appurtenances” and contains rules relative to ownership of real property. The Act also contains a clause on the ownership of wild animals. The Act declares that animals wild by nature are the subject of ownership, while living, only when on the land of the person claiming them, or when tamed, or taken and held in possession, or disabled and immediately pursued.
This Act, consisting of 250 sections divided into five Parts and one Schedule, establishes Land title and registration requirements.
This Act, consisting of 13 Parts and eight Schedules, is a piece of basic legislation on land law covering all aspects of the registration and transfer of title to land.
This Act amends the Land Sales Act in provisions concerning land acquired by non-residents. The Act modifies the definition of "resident" and inserts a new section (7A) on acquisition of State or freehold land within town borders by non-residents for residential purposes. This shall not limit or prevent the sale, transfer or lease of any State land or freehold land to a non-resident for: (a) industrial or commercial purposes; (b) residential purposes within an integrated tourism development; or (c) the operation of a hotel.
This Act concerns the grant of interests in freehold and public land to foreign public entities.
