This Regulation, consisting of three Parts and completed by three Schedules, implements the Queensland Heritage Act 1992. Section 3 prescribes details for report on proposed development by the State; Section 4 deals with prescribes, for section 83(3) of the Act, matters the Minister must consider in being satisfied that a local government has appropriate procedures in place for exercising a power under section 84 of the Act in relation to the local government;, the declaration of protected areas (sect. 5), recommendation of declaration of protected areas (sect. 6).
This Regulation, consisting of nine sections, implements the Queensland Heritage Act 1992. It specifies the contents of the application procedure for entering a place in the heritage register (sect. 4), the declaration of protected areas (sect. 6), provides the forms to be used under the Act and sets the fees to be paid. It specifies particulars to be included in the register (sect. 2), the way of applying for registration (sect. 3), the inspection of register (sect. 4) and fees (sect. 6). The regulation is completed by one schedule setting the values of fees to be paid under the Act.

This regulation implements the Land Tax Act 1915. It regulates land tax payment (sects. 5 to 7) and the way and when returns must be given to commissioners (sects. 11 to 19). It contains provisions on unpaid land tax (sects. 20-21), on notice procedure for change in land ownership (sect. 23) and on notification of change of address to be given to the commissioner for service and matters related to the Act (sect. 24).
