It consists of seven sections and is divided into four Parts. Part 3 is dedicated to applications for development approval and sets restrictions on changing applications or development approvals. Part 4 covers applications for tree clearing and sets restrictions on changes proposed to applications or permits. The Act is completed by a schedule containing the dictionary of relevant terms used in the Act.
