This Ministerial Decree establishes that State Cartographic and Geodetic Service shall be authorized state institution performing state cartographic, topographic, geodetic work and services.
This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of the use of pastures and grazing resources for the purposes not related to grazing of cattle. It specifies that local authorities shall be granted the right to allocate pastures and grazing resources for payment in accordance with contracts for use of pastures and grazing resources for purposes not related to grazing of cattle. The right of use of pastures for the period of over three years shall be subject to compulsory state registration.
This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of land valuation with a view of establishment of the cost of forest land for the purpose of compensation of damages in case of use of plots of forest land for purpose not related to forestry and, in particular due to land expropriation, provisional land occupation or restriction of land ownership rights of forest land plots. Cadastre valuation shall be performed in relation to: (a) forest land plots without edifices, roads and vegetation; and (b) forest stand growing on a plot of forest land.
This Instruction establishes that technical certification shall be applicable in the following cases: (a) land consolidation; (b) land transactions; (c) change of boundaries of land plots; and (d) at owner’s request. Technical certificate shall be issued in accordance with the established modalities and form at applicant’s request. Annexes contain forms of technical certificate, cadastre plans of land plots and applicable documentation.
This Ministerial Decree regulates management of land under protected areas, recreational land and land of historical and cultural heritage. The aforesaid categories of land shall be covered by restrictions on economic activities that may have negative impact thereon. Land of protected areas and land of historical and cultural heritage shall be exonerated from payment of taxes and levies. Expropriation of land of protected areas, recreation and historical and cultural heritage for state and public needs shall be prohibited.
This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of land reclamation, soil rehabilitation and subsequent re-utilization thereof for agricultural, forestry and other purposes. Objects of reclamation shall be disturbed land that after a complex of land reclamation arrangements shall be returned to land tenants. Land tenants that accept returned reclaimed land and rehabilitated soil shall be responsible for restoration of soil fertility by application of fertilizers and sowing of agricultural crops, and also for timely return of land to agricultural production.
This Order establishes that officials of land survey service shall be at the same time state land inspectors. In the process of inspection state land inspectors shall control availability of land certificates and shall ensure remedial actions for the removal of the violations of land legislation. Annexes contain inspection reports.
This Ministerial Decree establishes that industrial land shall be considered allocated to enterprises, organizations and institutions for realization of specific industrial purposes. Land survey service shall be the authorized state institution that shall allocate plots of land to the applicants in-situ. In order to ensure efficient functioning of industrial sites and works sanitary protection and protection areas with particular land tenure terms and conditions can be apportioned.
This Governmental Decree establishes two types of organization and management of hunting grounds: (a) within the boundaries of a single hunting ground; and (b) between more than one hunting grounds. Internal organization and management of a single hunting ground shall include evaluation of a hunting ground, subdivision of the territory, assessment of the number wild fauna species subject to hunting and elaboration of a set of arrangements for protection, reproduction and rational management of wild fauna species.
This Ministerial Decree establishes general rules for environmental protection in the process of application, storage and transportation of pesticides and agrochemicals. It shall be compulsory for all natural and legal persons. Pesticides shall be classified as follows: (a) extremely hazardous; (b) highly hazardous; (c) moderately hazardous; and (d) low hazardous. Only officially registered pesticides shall be authorized for plant protection purposes.
