   The present Law introduces some amendments to the Tyrol Land Transaction Law 1996 (LGBl. No. 61). In particular, the Law amends, inter alia, article 3 concerning equality in the context of European integration through bilateral agreements and commitments; article 6 on authorization requirements; article 7a dealing with enforcement proceedings.

Furthermore, it outlines the conditions and procedures for acquisition of land by foreigners. Part 3 establishes the competent authorities and, in particular, various Land Commissions.
