The purpose of this Order is to withdraw certain lands from disposal to establish the Aulavik (Banks Island) National Park. Subject to section 4, the lands described in the Schedule are withdrawn from disposal for the period beginning on the date of registration and ending on June 1, 2002.
The purpose of this Act is to determine in detail the transfer of ownership of state owned assets to local government, and so to ensure the necessary assets to the functioning of the latter. Chapter I rules the transfer of assets to local governments such as flats and premises other than flats, monuments, protected natural areas, lands, the assets of public utilities, water resources (except for transboundary waters), water works and water supply services. Chapter II regards the transfer of the management right of real estates.

This Provincial Act is divided into five Titles. The aims pursued are the protection of any kind of land falling within the provincial territory, giving particular regard to forests, mountain grasslands and pastures, in order to ensure their conservation and productivity and to guarantee their rational and sustainable use.
This Decree lays down provisions for implementing Provincial Act No. 21 of 21 October 1996 relative to the forestry sector. The Decree is divided into three Titles and contains two Annexes. Title I regulates the hydrogeological and forest bonds referred to in article 3 of Provincial Act No. 21 of 1996. Article 2 concerns its removal under certain circumstances. Title II lays down particular provisions for bound lands. Part I of Title II regulates the transformation of forests. Article 4 gives the definition of forest.

This Amendment, of four sections, adds the following sections to the principal Law. After section (41) shall be inserted section (41A) dealing with prohibitions regarding the selling of natural assets unless permitted by the Minister of Agriculture. After sec.(42) shall be inserted section (42A) dealing with the assignment of functions regarding the implementations of the provisions of this chapter and the regulations made thereunder. The amendments concern the need for authorization from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Agriculture for the conversion of forest and valley land into the following: 1. making farmland, orchard, rangeland, artificial forests, forage land, livestock institutions, aquatic breeding institutions, as well as the use for mine exploting and exploration (in nothern Iran); and 2. establishment of factories, townships, schools, training institutions, sport clubs, etc.
