La présente loi autorise le Président de la République à ratifier l’Accord révisé portant Réglementation commune aux Etats membres du CILSS sur l’homologation des pesticides, adoptée à Ndjaména (Tchad), le 16 décembre 1999.
The aim of this Act is to protect "agricultural land reserves", as established under the Agricultural Land Commission Act. It is based upon a basic prohibition to either remove soil or bring any material onto agricultural land reserves, unless accompanied by a local authority permit, or by the written approval of the Provincial Agricultural Land Commission (sect. 2). The remaining sections deal with application fees (sect. 4); permits (sect. 5); suspension and cancellation of permits (sect. 6); enforcement (sects. 8 and 9); offences (sect. 10); regulations (sect. 11).
This Law establishes legal, economic and organizational grounds for the functioning of State land cadastre. It contains VII Sections divided into 41 Articles: (I) General provisions; (II) State bodies responsible for keeping state land cadastre; (III) Data contained in state land cadastre; (IV) Keeping state land cadastre; (V) Guarantees of reliability of data contained in state land cadastre, liability in the sphere of state land cadastre; (VI) Fees and charges for services rendered by state land cadastre; and (VII) Conclusive and transitional provisions.

The objective of this Law is to specify which movable and immovable cultural and natural assets shall be preserved and to establish an organization which will implement provisions of this Law and to determine its functions (art. 1). "Natural assets" are defined as "valuables from geological, pre-historic and historic are, on surface, under the ground or under water, of which the preservation is essential due to their unique features and beauty". All assets covered by this Law which are known, or shall be discovered in the future, will be considered as state property (art. 5).
This Regional Law regulates turnover of agricultural land except for agricultural land parcels allotted to citizens for individual subsistence farming, gardening, horticulture and stockbreeding. Minimum agricultural land area shall not be under one hectare and maximum agricultural land area shall not exceed 10 percent of total available agricultural land area within the boundaries of a given municipal unit. Agricultural land parcels shall be allotted to citizens in ownership or on lease through tenders.
This Regional Law regulates relations regarding transactions with agricultural land, establishes terms and conditions of allotment of plots of agricultural land pertaining to public and municipal land, and also establishes maximum land area of the plots of agricultural land. It shall not be applicable to agricultural land destined for subsidiary private farming, gardening and horticulture. Minimum land area of a plot of agricultural land cannot be less than a land share in common land ownership.
This Law regulates State Institutions. It consists of 5 chapters divided into 34 articles establishing the requirements to be met in order to create a State Institution (Frelimo's Party). This Law specifies: creation of State Institutions (Chap. 1); planning and control (2); Organization (3); Financial management (4); and Final provisions (5).
This text is to amend the title of the principal Law, under section 1, as "Ports and Railways Authority Law". Section 3 of this text amends section 4 of the principal law, as concern functions of the Authority and development, such as planning, construction, development, management, maintenance and operation of ports. Section 20 makes provision as for human resources, as concerns the agreement to transfer railway employees to the Authority and Labor Agreement. Section 22, amending section 21 of the principal Law, concerns fees, transportation of goods and persons.
