This regulation implements the Liens on Crops of Sugar Cane Act 1931. It specifies particulars to be included in the register (sect. 2), the way of applying for registration (sect. 3), the inspection of register (sect. 4) and fees (sect. 6). The regulation is completed by one schedule setting the values of fees to be paid under the Act.

This Regulation implements the Recreation Areas Management Act 1988 by providing specifications on the management of four recreational areas: Fraser Island, Green Island, Inskip Peninsula and Moreton Island. The Regulation provides for permits required under the Act.

This Act provides for the administration of certain islands in Torres Straits and in the area between Australia and New Guinea under the law in force in Queensland.

This Act regulates the creation and management of recreation areas on land and waters of Queensland. It consists of 58 sections and is divided into ten Parts. Part 2 provides for the establishment of recreational areas, Part 3 concerns the administration of the Act and provides for the establishment of the Queensland Recreation Areas Management Board, whose functions and powers are regulated under Part 4. Part 5 deals with management plans for recreational areas and Part 6 is dedicated to the powers of authorised officers.
This Act provides for the conservation of Queensland’s cultural heritage, it consists of 15 Parts divided into 198 sections. The purposes of the Act are set in Part 1, Part 2 concerns the Queensland Heritage Council, which is a body corporate and does not represent the State. The Act regulates the operation of the Council. Part 3 is dedicated to the heritage register and its maintenance, Part 4 to the registration of places and Part 5 to the registration of archaeological places in Queensland heritage register.
This Act applies for an SMBI application and an SMBI request, about development that would not have required a development permit under a superseded planning scheme but requires a development permit under the Redland’s IPA planning scheme and in relation to a class 1 building on prescribed land made by or on behalf of the owner of the prescribed land within 10 years after the day the Redland’s IPA planning scheme has effect and for which the person making the request states the owner wishes this Act to apply.
This Regulation lists the aereas of land which are precribed lands for an SMBI application and an SMBI request of development.

The Act concerns the valuation of land for rating, taxing and rental purposes. It consists of 302 sections divided into 10 Chapters. Chapter 2 is dedicated to valuation which is to be done by the valuer-general and includes valuation methodologies, land to be included in valuations, annual valuations and maintenance valuations. Chapter 3 concerns objections to valuations and Chapter 4 covers valuation appeals. Chapters 5 provides for internal and external reviews of decisions taken by the valuer-general.
This Act, consisting of 7 Parts divided into 48 sections, makes provision with respect to the use of agricultural chemicals as defined by the AGVET Code which applies in force of the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Queensland) Act 1994. Part 2 contains provisions dealing with matters of administration such as inspection and control and the continuing in existence of the Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control Board. Part 3 regulates distribution of pesticides from the air, whereas Part 4 concerns distribution from the ground.
