El presente Decreto modifica el Reglamento a la Ley de Catastro Nacional, en relación a la fecha de vigencia del inicio de las exposiciones públicas establecidas en el artículo 10 del Reglamento.

This Act makes provision for the registration of deeds relating to immovable property and the appointment of the Registrar of Deeds. It also provides rules for the alienation of land by the State, the manner of transfer of land in general and concerns rights in immovable property and related to leases. If the State alienates State land not previously registered in the name of any other person, then the State may transfer the ownership in the land to the transferee by means of a deed of grant issued in terms of proper authority.

INDICE: Catastro Nacional (I); Declaraciones de bienes inmobiliarios (II); Avalúo inmobiliario (III); Informes de la Dirección General del Catastro Nacional (IV); División del Catastro Nacional (V); Obligaciones a cargo de determinados funcionarios y oficiales públicos (VI); Dirección General del Catastro Nacional, sus dependencias y los organismos vinculados (VII); Disposiciones generales y sanciones (VIII).La elaboración del Catastro Nacional se llevará a cabo gradualmente por divisiones político-territoriales (art. 2º).
This Act provides for the registration of land and establishes for this purpose a Land Registration Authority.The Authority shall be a body corporate and shall be managed by a Board of Directors. The Authority shall: (a) provide a legal framework for the people of the Marshall Islands to voluntarily register their interests in land in order to produce certainty regarding the identity of the legal owners of land and interests in land; (b) provide standards and criteria for land leases; and (c) maintain and keep public records of land and land transactions.
The objects of this Act are: (a) to create alternative forms of land title that are simpler and cheaper to administer than existing forms of land title; (b) to provide security of title for persons who live in informal settlements or who are provided with low income housing; (c) to empower the persons concerned economically by means of these rights. The Act empowers a municipality, town or village council or a regional council (for settlement areas) to establish a starter title or land hold title scheme.
This Federal Law regulates legal aspects of delimitation of state property on land as regards state property of the Russian Federation (federal property), regional property and municipal property. The Federal Law is composed of 8 articles. Article 1 determines legal regulation in the field of delimitation of state property on land. Article 2 concerns the origins of federal, regional and municipal property on land in the process of delimitation of state property on land.

This Proclamation aims at improving management and utilization of land and land resources for agricultural purposes in the Southern Nations, Nationalities And Peoples' Regional State. It applies to all land that lies outside of municipal borders. The Proclamation defines the right to acquire, free of charge, rural land by peasants, pastoralists and semi-pastoralists engaged in agriculture and the equal rights of women with respect to land and provides for the protection of such rights.
This Regulation implements provisions of the Proclamation of The Southern Nations, Nationalities And Peoples Regional State on rural land rights and use. It applies to all types of rural land and lands used for agricultural purposes in urban territory.
These Regulations amend the Regulations made under the Sectional Titles Act, 1986 with respect to documents to be registered in the sectional title register (reg. 13); acceptance of responsibility for correctness of facts presented for registration (reg. 16C); description and numbering of Exclusive Use Areas and requirements for the transfer of such areas (reg. 28); forms (Annexure 1); and management rules for association of owners (Annexure 8).
