La présente loi fixe le statut particulier du District de Bamako. Elle détermine notamment des institutions administratives (le conseil du district conseil du district, le bureau du conseil du district, et le contrôle du district de Bamako).
La présente loi crée des zones économiques spéciales (espace géographique délimité au sein du territoire national constituant une zone de développement prioritaire, administré par un organe spécifique de planification et de développement), et détermine leur régime et leur organisation.

This Ordinance makes provision with respect to sale, lease or otherwise disposal of lands which belong to the Crown. Subject to the provisions of this Ordinance, the Governor on behalf of the Crown may make grants of Crown lands in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be required and as he or she may deem proper. Every grant shall be executed by the Minister or a public officer authorized by him in that he be expressed to be made in conformity with the provisions of this Ordinance.
This Act amends the Sugar Industry Efficiency Act 2001 and various other laws relating to land, fisheries and agriculture. The amendments concern economic and financial matters. The Fisheries and Marine Resources Act is amended by repealing section 8A and replacing it by a section concerning fish farming zones and fish farming industry. The Environment Protection Act is amended by inserting a new section on EIA licence under LPES (“Land Productivity Enhancement Scheme”).

This Act amends the Sugar Industry Efficiency Act 2001 in various sections relating to, among other things: definitions, conversion of land in case of sale of land to the Government, ensuring the quality of sugar products produced under this Act (and quality control including HACCP), other matters regrading conversion of agricultural land in land used for other purposes.
This Ordinance makes provision with respect to the vesting in the Crown, development or alienation of reclaimed lands on the foreshore of Sierra Leone. Reclaimed lands are lands that were formerly part of the sea.
