    Cette loi fixe les mesures principales en matière de conservation, de protection et d'utilisation des sols. Tout exploitant doit: créer et entretenir des dispositifs de lutte contre l'érosion hydrique ou éolienne et éviter et éviter toute dégradation anthropique; maintenir et améliorer la fertilité des sols; pratiquer des méthodes culturales ne dégradant pas le sol; éviter la dégradation des pâturages. Des mesures de conservation et de protection doivent être prises aussi par les responsables des travaux d'entretien des routes et par les exploitants des mines et des carrières.

    This Act provides for the participation of private sector in financing the construction, development, operation, or maintenance of infrastructure of development projects of the Federal Government through concession or contractual arrangements. It establishes the infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission, which function it shall be to regulate, monitor and supervise the contracts on infrastructure or development projects.

    This Act concerns the creation, perfection registration and sale of security interest and rights and obligations relating to chattels. It also concerns security interests in crops and animals. A perfected security interest in crops for new value given to enable a debtor produce the crops during the production season, given not more than three months before the crops become growing crops takes priority over an earlier perfected security interest.

    This Act makes provision with respect to small holdings i.e. any land or parcel of land with or without a dwelling house or other building erected or to be erected thereon not exceeding in all five acres in area let for agricultural purposes and of a specified maximum total value. The Act specifies the (contractual) rights of a tenant of a small holding including the use and enjoyment of all ground crops, plants, fruit trees or other trees. The Act also specifies rights of the landlord and provides with the resolution of disputes between the parties to any contract under this Act.

    This Law, consisting of 6 Chapters, establishes the legal regime for urban land planning. It specifies the requirements to be satisfied in order to perform any urban operations, including allotment, urbanization, construction and use and conservation of buildings. The Law is divided as follows: Preliminary provisions (I); Preliminary inspection (II); Education and controls (III); Guarantee for individuals (IV); Taxes for urban works (V); Final provisions (VI).
