An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to trusts and trustees.
This Act, except where otherwise expressly provided, applies to trusts constituted or created either before or after the commencement of this Act. Part III sets out the general powers of trustees including lease and sale of property. Part V concerns the appointment of new trustees, vesting orders, and other powers of court such as the power of Court to authorize dealings with trust property and variations of trust and the power of Court to direct sale or lease.
