This Act amends the Constitution of Samoa by repealing Article 41A and by repealing and replacing Article 41. Article 41 concerns the office and powers of the Attorney-General and prosecution of offences. Consequential amendments are made to a number of Acts, including, amongst others, the Land Titles Registration Act 2008, the Waste Management Act 2010, and the Water Resources Management Act 2008.
